Milano Jewelry Week 2026 出展のお知らせ

この秋、イタリア・ミラノで開催される Milano Jewelry Week 2026 に参加いたします。

その中の国際ジュエリー展 Artistar Jewels の出展作家として選出していただき、4点の作品を展示することになりました。

イタリアでジュエリー制作を学んでから、10年という月日が経ちました。

フィレンツェで伝統的な装飾彫りや透かし彫り、地金加工を学び、日本に戻ってからも、自分なりの表現を探しながら制作を続けてきました。

その節目の年に、再びイタリアで作品を発表する機会をいただけたことを、とても嬉しく思っています。

今回展示するのは、

NOTTE D’OPALE
PAVONE
LOGGIA DI LUCE
PAPILIO ULYSSES

の4作品です。

いずれもオパールを使った作品ですが、石そのものの美しさだけではなく、私がこれまで続けてきた手彫りや透かし、地金から形を作る仕事と組み合わせることで、それぞれ異なる作品に仕上げています。

中でも今回の展示会のために制作した作品は、これまで自分が身につけてきた技法を使いながら、今までより少し大きな表現にも挑戦しました。

制作にはかなり長い時間がかかりましたが、少しずつ形になっていく過程も含めて、自分にとって大切な作品になっています。

ミラノという場所で、国や文化の異なる方々に自分の作品を実際に見ていただけること。
嬉しい気持ちと同時に、今はまだ少し緊張もしています。

写真では伝わりきらない、彫りの細かな光や透かしによって生まれる影、金属そのものの質感まで、会場で感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

今回の出展にあたり、

OPAL STREET 様にはオパールの提供をはじめ、さまざまな形でサポートをいただいています。
このような機会につながったことに、改めて感謝しています。

開催まであと少しとなりました。

そしてミラノで作品がどのように見ていただけるのか、私自身も楽しみにしています。

 

 

Milano Jewelry Week 2026

This autumn, I will be exhibiting at Milano Jewelry Week 2026 in Italy.

I have been selected to participate in Artistar Jewels, where four of my works will be presented at Palazzo Bovara in Milan.

Ten years have passed since I studied jewelry making in Florence, where I learned traditional ornamental engraving, openwork, and hand fabrication.

Since returning to Japan, I have continued developing these techniques through my own work and searching for a personal expression through metal, line, light, and space.

To have the opportunity to present my work again in Italy at this point in my journey means a great deal to me.

Four works will be exhibited:

PAVONE
LOGGIA DI LUCE
PAPILIO ULYSSES

Each piece combines opal with the hand engraving, openwork, and metalwork that have become central to my practice.

I hope visitors will be able to experience details that are difficult to convey through photographs—the subtle light created by hand engraving, the shadows formed through openwork, and the texture of the metal itself.

I am very grateful to OPAL STREET for their support and for providing the opals used in this project.

I am both excited and a little nervous to see how my work will be received in Milan.
